Hello, I’d like to book a private jet to Paris for Monday the 10th. I’m returning two days later, on the 12th. Is a plane free on these dates?

Thank you for your enquiry. I’ll need to start by asking you three questions: where do you want to fly from, with how many passengers, and at what time of the day?
Salesteam
There are three of us and we’d like to take off from Düsseldorf in the early morning. If possible, returning in the afternoon of the 12th.
Customer

For these dates, we can offer you our Cessna Citation CJ3 or our larger Citation XLS+ jet. Both are available for both outbound and inbound flights.
Salesteam
OK, thanks. What’s the main difference between them?
Customer
The XLS+ has more space. Its cabin height varies, as do the number of seats. It also has more equipment – for example, an auxiliary power unit means it’s possible to heat or cool the aircraft before take-off.
Salesteam
So the CJ3 would be the cheaper option?
Customer
Yes. It can seat 7 to 8 people, though, and also has plenty of space for luggage.
Salesteam
Is it more expensive if more than three people actually come along?
Customer
No, the price is the same, even if more people are carried on board. To avoid delays, however, we do need to receive the passport details of all travellers prior to check-in.
Salesteam
Fine, then I think I’d like to book the CJ3.
Customer
Lovely, I’ll do that for you. Do you have any special requirements for on-board catering or any pets you want to take?
Salesteam
No, none.
Customer
Then I’ll prepare a quotation and order confirmation for you and send you them by email.
Salesteam

After that, you’ll be sent an invoice and the flight briefing containing full information on the crew and the aircraft – including all times.
